Now that you know that this isn’t stock picking site, Little bit about me and how I started investing.

I’ve been in the tech industry for nearly 20 years and have grown increasingly interested in investing. My investment journey began with property in 2005, which, despite its financial rewards, presented challenges like management difficulties and lack of liquidity. This led me to explore stock investing around 2014. Starting small with ETFs, I immersed myself in learning through books, podcasts, newsletters, YouTube videos, and blogs. I began investing more actively in 2018, which has been both fun and educational, though not without its mistakes ( more than I would like to admit)

GrowthGauge is where I document my thoughts and opinions—it helps me think clearly and track my ideas/opinions over time. By sharing these online, I hope to give you insights into my thought process and perhaps offer lessons from my experiences.

This isn’t a site for stock picks or financial advice; I'm just a passionate investor sharing my journey. I plan to update the blog once or twice a month , balancing my time between my job as an engineer and family life.
